Ask for your money back and you get it. You do not have to explain why.

The whole policy

• Email hello@shanghaidentalguide.com with the address you paid from.
• You get a full refund. No form, no reason required, no attempt to talk you out of it.
• Within 30 days it is automatic. After 30 days, ask anyway — it is still almost certainly yes.
• Pre-orders are refundable in full at any point before launch.

Why it is this loose

This guide's entire value is that it will tell you not to come when coming is a bad idea. If it does that well, some buyers will read it, conclude the trip is not worth it, and have got exactly what they paid for while feeling like they bought bad news. Those people should be able to get their money back. A refund policy with conditions attached would quietly push me toward writing more encouraging conclusions, and that is the one thing this site cannot afford to do.

Keeping the guide

Refunded and want to keep reading it? Keep it. Chasing files around the internet is not a good use of anyone's afternoon.
